Lineage is an historical record of the formal development, transition and progression of an art form, signifying heritage, authenticity, and credibility.  In some cases it also represents a "right of succession" and official authorization to teach directly from the highest leading authority.  Masters In Motion is one of the few organizations in the world that offers practitioners access to multiple martial traditions through its founder Kris Kademian.
